Fashion Design Studio
The Machine residency program provides you with a fully featured fashion design studio to design and develop your next collection.
The studio is located 15 minutes from Tokyo Station and is open Monday to Friday, 10am - 7pm year round. The two floors are split between the atelier and the office.
In the atelier you’ll have access and instruction on our 10 industrial Juki sewing machines, 3.3M cutting table, 180CM pattern printer plotter, remnants and thread supply, and our fashion design library.
The office includes a lounge, kitchenette, and photo studio with seamless backdrops and strobe lights.

Housing
Participants are assisted in finding and setting up safe, comfortable, and centrally located housing.
Cultural activites
To enrich your experience, we offer guidance in Tokyo's key fashion districts, museums, and cultural landmarks. These offers are tailored to inspire and provide a deeper understanding of the local fashion industry.
